Hi – my name is Jim Reichle. I formed Icon Search LLC in the summer of 2018 to answer the growing need in the environmental and energy markets to define, identify, screen, and recruit superior candidates according to well-founded growth strategies.
In my 25-year career with a major environmental consulting firm, I identified and screened hundreds of candidates, then hired dozens across the United States. Each hire brought a different mix of skills and personal attributes to what became a very successful environmental business.
